This lake dam construction was finished in 1958 and is near Branson and Shell Knob. It provides flood control for the White River. I enjoy watching the activity of wildlife, people and boats moving around the lake. It is so relaxing. A vast blue lake stretches into the distance, surrounded by lush green trees and dotted with sailboats and fishing boats.
