Leopard shark study Phone Case

This is my watercolor and ink painting study of a leopard shark. The tranquil scene highlights the shark’s sleek form and distinctive markings. I was inspired to paint this beautifully spotted leopard shark from seeing one in a large aquarium tank. These sharks have saddle-like markings and are common in shallow bays from Oregon to Mexico. They are harmless bottom feeders. This painting is part of my Florida Watercolors Collection.
