Missy was all curled up asleep with her baby squirrels Hoodie

This is my acrylic painting of Chippy Squirrel returning to the nest in the hollow tree with a hedgeapple to be surprised to find Missy with two of the prettiest little red squirrels he had ever seen! The two baby squirrels are cuddled up sleeping all snug and warm next to their momma. The scene has a whimsical and warm atmosphere. This painting would be a good Christmas card. This painting is in the Chippy Squirrel book illustrations collection. The Chippy Squirrel book has this painting along with others of the squirrel’s adventures.
