This is my acrylic painting of Chippy Squirrel, who was lonesome so he decided to explore the other side of the creek. Chippy is cautiously crossing the creek to explore the other side although his parents warned him from going so far from home. The sky is a mix of blue and white clouds, adding depth to the scenery. This painting is in the Chippy Squirrel book illustrations collection. The Chippy Squirrel book has this painting along with others of the squirrel’s adventures.
