This is my acrylic painting of a whole watermelon along with a slice to eat. I was inspired to paint watermelons as they are a favorite to eat in the hot summer. A watermelon is depicted with its textured green rind and one on the bottom cut open, revealing the vibrant red flesh and black seeds. The signature "Matt Starr" is visible on the right side.
