This is my drawing study of a violin, sometimes referred as a fiddle. Violins are important instruments in a wide variety of music genres. They are prominent in western tradition, folk music, country music, bluegrass, jazz and orchestras. A violin with a decorative, ornate design is depicted alongside its bow. The intricate patterns on the body add a unique artistic touch to the musical instrument.
