This is my watercolor and ink painting of flying fish jumping and gliding over the sea. I was inspired to do this painting after seeing these kinds of fish from a boat. Barbados is known as the land of the flying fish and is one of their national symbols. Two flying fish glide above a vast expanse of ocean, their wings extended as they soar near the surface. The sky is partially cloudy, creating a serene and dynamic seascape.
