Birch trees near the mountains Socks

This is my acrylic painting of some birch, ash, pine, fir, spruce and other trees near the mountains. I was inspired to do this painting after seeing such landscapes in the Grand Teton Mountain Range and Yellowstone parks. A grove of birch trees stands amid golden grass, with dark green pine trees and rugged mountains in the background. The sky is overcast, adding contrast to the vibrant colors of the foliage.
