This is my drawing study of some loon birds on a lake. The common loon is the state bird of Minnesota. Loons with striking black and white plumage float serenely on a calm body of water, surrounded by hints of pine trees and rocky outcrops in the background. Their vivid red eyes and distinctive markings add a touch of contrast to the tranquil scene.
