This is my acrylic painting of seven turkeys sitting on a ridge at sundown in the woods. It includes two large gobblers with some hens. I painted the red wattle on the gobblers with extra thick paint to give it a thicker texture appearance. A flock of turkeys wanders through a grassy landscape at dusk, with a vibrant orange sky in the background. Bare trees and tall grasses suggest late autumn in a serene, wooded area.
