I was inspired to see an awesome double rainbow over the ocean while on vacation in Florida. I painted this rainbow beach scene from that experience with watercolor and ink. A serene seascape features a turbulent sky with dramatic clouds and two striking rainbows arching over a boardwalk area going over the sand dunes. The scene is vibrant with contrasting colors, including deep blues of the water and warm tones of the foreground vegetation.
