This is my acrylic painting of a flock of pigeons assembling in the square in front of the historic Church of the Virgen de los Dolores in Tegucigalpa, Honduras. Cooing begins as the pigeons start the pre-flight check-in. Pigeons gather on a plaza in front of a historic church with intricate architecture. Surrounding buildings and a hillside are visible under a partly cloudy sky.
