Description: This is my acrylic painting with the point of view in a bunch of violet flowers. The Ancient Greek’s considered the violet a symbol of fertility and love; they used it in love potions. The common blue violet is the state flower in Rhode Island, Illinois and New Jersey. Vibrant purple and white violets are scattered across a lush green background, creating a lively and colorful pattern. The detailed blossoms stand out against the vivid greenery, giving a sense of depth and contrast.

Description: This is my acrylic painting of a Kelpie. The Kelpie is an aquatic mythical Scottish water creature generally appearing in the image of a young horse. The Kelpie will let an unsuspecting human mount him and then plunge into a river or lake and hold him underwater. A dark scene depicts a raven perched near a Kelpie amid reeds by a body of water, creating a mysterious and eerie atmosphere. The subdued color palette and foggy background enhance the ominous mood.

Description: This is my series of paintings of a log cabin at the lake with a dock in each of the four seasons. There is an A-frame cabin across the lake.
